SHIPPING POLICY
Address Information
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, and you receive your shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations, and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, and there is no response, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded to you.
No Address Changes
We do not change addresses, if your address needs to be changed will we have to cancel the order due to fraud protection. If we are able to see your email before you package is prepared to be fulfilled we will honed the refund. However, we try to ship all orders in a timely manner, so if your package is shipped to an incorrect address listed at checkout we will not take responsibility of the refund.
Canceled Orders/ Returned Orders
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from ShopBlaze.net, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If you must cancel your order, you will be charged a restocking fee/shipping label fee. If your address is listed incorrectly we will not refund you for shipping. If Usps is able to retrieve the package and return it to our warehouse, we will honor the refund of the merchandise, we will not refund the customer if the address is listed incorrectly.
Lost Package/Delayed Delivery
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, and you have not received your merchandise, you must file a claim with the United States Postal Service. Shop Blaze Inc. does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered. If your package has been received, and scanned by USPS, and there is no movement on your package for more then 5 buisness days. You may be eligible for a full refund due to the delay of shipment. A lost Package/Delayed form will be sent via email & must be completed in order to receive a full refund. This form will must be completed to receive your refund
Regular Processing Times
Just a reminder, you will receive your order within 7-14 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not from the date the order has been placed. Processing & Packaging on all orders may take between 5-10 days. Packages will be sent after processing.
After your payment is authorized and verified, it may still take 5-10 days to package, prepare, and process your order. This is just an estimate, many times packages are sent & arrive sooner. This does not include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered, and you have not received it. You must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state they have been delivered. Please understand that our products contain organic ingredients, & they take a little extra time to prepare. 2024 Black Friday/Christmas Processing Times
As the holiday season approaches and online shopping activity increases, our shipping department will be extending processing & delivery times between 8-24 working days. While it's unlikely that your order will take this long to arrive, we want to ensure you are aware of the possibility. This is just an estimate, many times packages are sent & arrive sooner. This does not include weekends or holidays. We are fully prepared to manage the expected surge in package and mail deliveries, and our team is committed to processing orders efficiently both before and after Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
