I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is super disappointing. I’ve been a longtime customer and I’ve bought this for quite a long time. The last few shipments I have gotten the consistency has been completely off and not like it was it smells like menthol it is extremely hazy and the consistency is sticky. I have no idea if they changed their formula, but I was told when this happened the first time that this would not be a consistent problem I am now about to receive a third order of the same product and I’m assuming that it is going to be exactly the same unfortunately really big letdown as this was one of my favorite products . I would like to know if anyone else has had the same issues.
